A few years ago, I stumbled my way into a earrrrly morning class with Camp Gladiator and met the sweetest, most encouraging instructor ever to grace a parking lot. Kristi managed to push even the most un-athletic of us out of their comfort zone without being intimidating or judgemental…and I watched her do squats and burpees well into her 8th month of pregnancy – that. is. devotion.
In my time with CG, I found muscles I didn’t know I had, but more importantly, I found a lovely friend!
