Ross’ plan to propose to Alexa didn’t quite go according to plan.

They were visiting friends in San Francisco and set out for a scenic hike, but everything seems to be moving slowly that day and the Hangries set in. Have you ever tried to hike Hangry!? Doesn’t work. So…after an elegant gas station snack they finally set out on their way – Alexa was surprised and excited and so happy…but they had NO cell service out there…no way to tell friends and family until they made their way back to civilization. Ross’ phone absolutely exploded with texts and calls from friends who knew his plan – messages full of love and well wishes and happiness.

One beautiful sunny day, we explored McKinney Falls State Park chatting about that hike and smiling over the ring and the love that came from such a small world.
