Carrie and Jeff met on the first day of law school. Their last names being next to each other on the rolls, Jeff accidentally sat in the wrong chair, and it’s rightful owner turned out to be the love of his life.
Months after they met and became friends, they decided to give a date a try…and cupcakes were definitely in order. The only problem? No cupcakes could be found, but what they did find that night was something so much better…
…and seven years to the day after that cupcake-less first date, the celebrated with friends and family and CAKE as they pledged to be life-long best friends and forever loves.
Jeff rewrote the lyrics to “Alexander Hamilton” to be the story of their love, much to the amazement of everyone who heard it (!!), and an epic crowd sing-along of “Livin’ on a Prayer” sent them off into the rest of their lives with well wishes and sparklers and so much love.
