A little over a year ago, I jumped at the chance to photograph John Mark’s surprise proposal to Carly – we spent the morning wandering downtown Austin celebrating and pausing for a few photos and even more excited kisses…and when they called about capturing their wedding, there was no answer except an all-caps YES!

They celebrated from sunup to well past sundown with friends and family even some strangers who joined in with congratulations along the way – here’s a little taste of my first wedding of 2016…and the reason I knew from the very beginning that this will be an amazing year.
