Eden & Dees told their DJ to play a setlist from a Junior High party in the 90s…and that was just the beginning of their cool factor. Their wedding story involves a band made of best friends, vintage bolero ties, unique and colorful details, and two of the coolest people to walk the planet.

These two went to high school together…but it isn’t a high school sweethearts type situation…Eden always knew who Dees was…he played in the school band…but the two never really talked until their paths crossed later, with the help of Myspace…yep, Myspace!

Eden wanted advice on heading to college and Dees was a logical choice, having attended the same college, but Dees had moved on to New York to pursue music. Years later, Dees found himself in the same town and Eden and the rest…as they say…

Their proposal was perfectly them – at their annual Halloween Pumpkin Carving Party, Dees decided to carve “Will You Marry Me?” into a pumpkin to surprise Eden, and when she went to help him light his masterpiece, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his person for the rest of their lives.

Their perfect story continued last month at Hummingbird House on a day that started out drizzly and dreary and cleared up the moment Eden stepped into the aisle toward her best friend.
